Kilimanjaro – this trek will be a 9-day journey using the Lemosho Route in January 2026. This route ensures proper acclimation going through 5 different climate zones culminating in an alpine start to the summit of Kilimanjaro.
2026 Trek Trainers Trekking Trips
In 2026, we are organizing two international trips to include Kilimanjaro in January and Everest Base Camp in October and a preparation trip for high altitude trekking in places like Colorado and Ecuador in the Spring/Summer/Fall.


Everest Base Camp – one of the most popular adventures in the world trekking through the Khumbu region culminating in seeing EBC which is the famous gathering point for climbers attempting the summit of Mt. Everest. The trek culminates in trekking to Kala Patthar for a sunset or sunrise hike for the best of view Mt. Everest.

Acclimatization Hike– the purpose of this 3-day excursion is to give trekkers experience hiking at altitude in Colorado or Ecuador. This is designed to be a preparatory trip to see how your body responds to attitude and to test your equipment for Kilimanjaro and EBC treks.
- Colorado – We will trek/hike in Colorado’s majestic 14ers in the Front and Tenmile Ranges.
- Ecuador – We trek/hike in and around Quito, the capitol city of Ecuador. Typical mountains will include Rucu Pichincha, Mt. Pasochoa and to the beautiful Cotopaxi National Park. There will also be a visit to the Intiñan Equator Museum.

What We Will Provide for Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp
- All logistics associated with the trip including working with an in-country trekking agency, airport transfer, in-country hotels, 1 day of sight-seeing of in-country UNESCO world heritage sites in Kathmandu and city tour of Arusha and 2 dinners.
- All meals while on the trek, you only need to provide trail snacks.
- A training program specifically designed for you based on your current fitness level and age.
- Five online educational sessions with topics to include: proper acclimation and acute mountain sickness, mental preparation, health and hygiene on the trail including recommended vaccinations, gear and equipment is selection guidance, information about trip & medical evacuation insurance options, training for success.
