Everest Base Camp 2023

A Himalayan trek shaped by careful pacing, acclimatization, and the shared experience of moving through the Khumbu toward Everest Base Camp.

The 2023 Everest Base Camp trip is a good example of the Trek Trainers model: preparation begins at home, but the objective is to arrive capable enough to notice the place, the people, and the experience rather than spending every day merely managing fatigue.
