West→East Dolomites Traverse

The Dolomites are a world-famous mountain range in northeastern Italy. Part of the Southern Limestone Alps, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is celebrated for sheer pale-limestone walls, jagged pinnacles, and expansive alpine meadows.

A 55–60-mile west-to-east traverse of the Dolomites, from Siusi near Bolzano to Cortina d’Ampezzo, through Trentino–Alto Adige and Veneto. Highlights include Alpe di Siusi, Puez–Odle, and the Dolomiti d’Ampezzo, set amid the dramatic landscapes of the UNESCO-listed Dolomites. All overnight accommodations are in hotels.
